Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 17, 2025
Last Updated: April 17, 2025
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Youcast.cloud (the "Platform") operated by Youcast.
1. General Policy
Youcast.cloud provides a platform for automated and scheduled livestreaming. All users are encouraged to fully explore the features during any available free trial or demo period before subscribing to a paid plan.
We strive to ensure our users are satisfied with the services provided. However, due to the nature of digital products and services, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription period has started.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- You experience technical issues that make the platform completely unusable and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- You were mistakenly charged more than once or for a plan you did not choose.
- You cancel your subscription and request a refund within 3 days of the initial purchase and have not significantly used the service.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchasing a plan.
- You forgot to cancel a subscription before it renewed.
- You used the service extensively and now wish to request a refund.
- Your stream was banned or removed due to content policy violations or third-party platform restrictions (e.g., YouTube).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@youcast.cloud and include the following:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- The date of the purchase.
- A detailed explanation of the issue or reason for the refund request.
All refund requests are reviewed manually by our team within 5–7 business days. You will receive a notification via email once your request has been processed.
4. Disputes
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent, please first contact our support team. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to the suspension or termination of your account.
