अपनी YouCast subscription cancel कैसे करें और हमारी refund policy।
आप कभी भी YouCast subscription cancel कर सकते हैं। कोई cancellation fees, long-term contracts या penalties नहीं हैं। यह page बताता है कि cancellation कैसे काम करती है और refunds के बारे में क्या expect करें।
Cancel कैसे करें
Settings → Subscription पर जाएं
Account settings में Subscription page पर navigate करें।
«Cancel Subscription» पर क्लिक करें
Cancellation flow शुरू होगा। Cancellation का कारण पूछा जा सकता है (optional)।
Cancellation confirm करें
Details review करें — खासकर कब access समाप्त होगा — और confirm करें।
Cancellation processed
आपको confirmation email मिलेगा। Subscription अगली billing date पर renew नहीं होगी।
Cancellation के बाद क्या होता है
Cancel करने पर, YouCast subscription current billing period के अंत में expire होने के लिए set हो जाती है। इसका मतलब है:
- Billing period के अंत तक सभी features का पूरा access रहेगा
- सभी active streams subscription expire होने तक चलती रहेंगी
- Expiration date पर सभी streams automatically रुक जाएंगी
- आपकी video library data expiration के 30 दिन बाद तक retain होगी
- 30 दिनों के बाद, आपका data (videos, stream configs, channel connections) permanently delete हो जाएगा
Expiration से पहले videos download करें
Subscription expire होने के बाद, आपके पास YouCast library से videos download करने के लिए 30 दिन की window है। इस grace period के बाद, सभी data permanently और irreversibly delete हो जाता है। Expiration date से पहले किसी भी important files को download करने की दृढ़ता से सलाह है।
Cancellation के बाद Reactivate करना
आप expiration date से पहले कभी भी Settings → Subscription पर जाकर «Resume Subscription» पर क्लिक करके subscription reactivate कर सकते हैं। यदि subscription already expire हो गई है, तो new customer के रूप में re-subscribe कर सकते हैं। ध्यान रखें कि 30-day grace period के बाद delete हुआ data recover नहीं किया जा सकता।
Refund Policy
YouCast first-time subscribers के लिए 7-day money-back guarantee देता है। यदि आप पहले subscription के पहले 7 दिनों में service से satisfied नहीं हैं, तो support@youcast.cloud पर contact करें — हम बिना किसी सवाल के full refund जारी करेंगे।
- केवल पहली subscription पर 7-day money-back guarantee
- 7-day window के बाद existing subscriptions पर unused time के partial refunds नहीं
- 7 दिनों के बाद annual plan cancellations prorated refunds के योग्य नहीं
- Refunds 5–10 business days में process होते हैं और original payment method पर दिखते हैं
