Payment Methods
स्वीकृत payment methods, billing management और invoice जानकारी।
YouCast सभी payments Stripe के माध्यम से securely process करता है — दुनिया के leading payment processors में से एक। आपकी payment information YouCast के servers पर कभी store नहीं होती — सभी sensitive card data exclusively Stripe के PCI-compliant infrastructure द्वारा handle होता है।

- Visa credit और debit cards
- Mastercard credit और debit cards
- American Express credit cards
- Discover credit cards
- UnionPay (चुनिंदा regions में)
- Apple Pay (macOS और iOS पर Safari)
- Google Pay (Android पर Chrome)
PayPal और crypto
हम वर्तमान में PayPal या cryptocurrency payments support नहीं करते। हम अतिरिक्त payment methods का मूल्यांकन कर रहे हैं और changelog में नए options announce करेंगे।
Payment Method जोड़ना
Settings → Billing पर जाएं
Top right में avatar पर क्लिक करें, Settings चुनें, फिर Billing tab पर जाएं।
«Add Payment Method» पर क्लिक करें
Stripe payment form एक secure modal में खुलेगा।
Card details डालें
Card number, expiry date, CVV और billing postal code डालें।
Card save करें
«Save Card» पर क्लिक करें। Card आपके account में add हो जाती है और default payment method बना सकते हैं।
Payment Methods manage करना
आप कई payment methods रख सकते हैं। Settings → Billing → Payment Methods से आप:
- सभी saved cards देखें (last 4 digits, expiry, और card brand)
- Automatic subscription renewals के लिए default card set करें
- कोई card remove करें जो अब नहीं चाहिए
- किसी card से जुड़ा billing address update करें
Invoices और Billing History
सभी invoices Settings → Billing → Billing History से download के लिए available हैं। प्रत्येक invoice में शामिल है:
- Invoice number और date
- आपके account का नाम और billing address
- Subscription plan और billing period
- Charged amount और currency
- Use किया गया payment method (last 4 digits)
- YouCast की company और VAT details (EU customers के लिए)
Failed Payments
यदि renewal date पर payment fail होती है, YouCast 7-day grace period में automatically charge retry करेगा। Grace period के दौरान service बिना interruption जारी रहती है। यदि 7 दिनों में payment resolve न हो, subscription pause हो जाएगी और सभी active streams रुक जाएंगी।
Card up to date रखें
अगर आपकी card expire हो गई है या bank ने बदल दी है (fraud prevention updates में सामान्य), तो service interruption से बचने के लिए अगली renewal date से पहले payment method update करें। Renewal से 7 दिन पहले reminder email आएगा।
