Email Support
Send your question to support@youcast.cloud. Include your account email and a description of the issue. Response times: Pro 4h, Basic 24h.
Telegram
Join our support community on Telegram at t.me/youcastcloud for quick questions, tips, and community support from other YouCast users.
In-App Contact Form
Use the "Help" button in the dashboard footer to submit a support ticket directly from your YouCast account. Your account details are attached automatically.

Business hours
Our support team operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UTC. Tickets submitted outside business hours will be addressed on the next business day. Critical stream failures are monitored by our automated systems 24/7.
What to Include in Your Support Request
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your support request:
- Your YouCast account email address
- The type of issue: stream problem, billing, account access, feature question, or other
- For stream issues: the stream ID (from the stream detail page URL), stream status, and the error message from the History log
- Steps to reproduce the issue (what did you do before the problem occurred?)
- Screenshots or screen recordings if applicable
- Your plan type (Basic or Pro)
- The browser and operating system you are using
Before Contacting Support
Many issues can be resolved quickly by checking these resources first:

- Check the Stream Not Working guide for stream-specific troubleshooting
- Look at the stream History log for error codes and messages
- Verify your YouTube channel's live streaming status in YouTube Studio
- Check YouCast's status page (if available) for any ongoing system incidents
